Before this, Google had delighted us with 1GB email back in year 2004 when other popular free email providers only gave us 1MB - 4MB. Now, Google through Gmail had brought us Gmail SMS.
Gmail SMS allows us to send text messages (free of charge) to mobile phone.
What's even better is, the mobile phone that receives your SMS can reply back and you shall receive it just like you are chatting over Google chat. What's best is, you can send free SMS to mobile phone worldwide.
At the time of writing this post, only DiGi and Maxis are supported in Malaysia (for Gmail SMS).
