To qualify for a rebate, an electricity consumer must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
2. Must purchase a new 5-Star rated refrigerator and/or air 
3. Must make purchase within one month from the date of voucher printed.
4. Must submit a copy of utility bill and identification card (IC) to the retailer on the date of the appliance purchase, including proof of purchase.
